TIMEPARCHE POLICIES
Terms and conditions
General rules for using, purchasing and publishing through TimeParche.
Operational version: 2026-10-25 · Legal review required before the first real charge.
1. What TimeParche does
TimeParche helps people discover experiences and offers review, publishing, promotion and optional logistics support for events. Every listing states whether TimeParche or an external person or organization is the organizer.
For externally organized events, TimeParche is a publishing and promotion channel unless a written proposal expressly includes logistics, collection or another service.
2. Publishing and promotion service
The base fee is COP 12,000 per city (USD 3.99 as a commercial reference) and is separate from the ticket price. It applies to free and paid events because it covers review, listing and promotion.
The campaign uses relevant owned city channels —social media, WhatsApp, newsletter and groups— from approval through the day before the event. Paid media is additional and its daily budget is set and prepaid by the organizer.
Payment starts review; it does not publish automatically or guarantee approval, attendance, sales, reach or results. If TimeParche rejects a request before providing the service, the fee is refunded under the applicable policy.
3. Organizer tickets and services
External organizers decide whether admission is free or paid and remain responsible for the event, permits, safety, information, quality, cancellations, tickets and attendee support. TimeParche identifies the organizer and, when relevant, the platform used to buy tickets.
A TimeParche service fee is not an event ticket. Both amounts must be shown separately.
4. Checkout and payment
Mercado Pago processes the production publishing checkout in COP. TimeParche does not receive or store full card details. The service, total and provider identity are shown before payment.
If TimeParche collects tickets through an approved Marketplace integration, the listing shows the 20% platform fee, processor costs and estimated organizer net. V1 is limited to Colombia/COP and requires the organizer to authorize their own Mercado Pago account.
A browser return does not confirm payment. TimeParche checks the payment with Mercado Pago. An approved payment moves the proposal to review, not to automatic publication.
5. Approval and content
- Information must be truthful, current and verifiable.
- Illegal, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe or rights-infringing events are not allowed.
- The organizer retains ownership and grants a limited licence to review, format and promote the event during the campaign.
- TimeParche may request evidence or corrections and may reject a listing with a reasonable explanation.
6. Cancellations and statutory rights
The cancellation and refund policy and mandatory Colombian consumer rights apply. These terms do not limit statutory warranties, withdrawal or payment reversal rights where applicable.
7. Support and changes
Claims are submitted through the claims form. New versions apply prospectively; the accepted version is recorded with the request date and time.
