TIMEPARCHE POLICIES
Organizer terms
Responsibilities for people and organizations publishing their own events.
Operational version: 2026-10-25 · Legal review required before the first real charge.
Visible identity
The person or organization must use a real name or authorized trading name. The listing visibly states that the event has an external organizer. Organizers may not imply that TimeParche produces, endorses or guarantees an event when that is not true.
Required information
- Name, city, venue, date, time, capacity, admission price and inclusions.
- Age, mobility, health, weather, clothing or access restrictions only when objectively necessary.
- Event cancellation, changes, refund and after-sales contact policy.
- Authorized images, brands, music and text.
Safety, permits and accessibility
The organizer obtains all applicable permits, licences, insurance, authorizations, staffing and protocols, assesses risk and communicates accessibility and safety conditions clearly.
Tickets and attendee data
Unless separately agreed, the organizer is responsible for ticket prices, collection and receipts. Any attendee data must have a valid authorization and may only be used for the event and disclosed purposes.
Promotion and logistics
Publishing and promotion cover the agreed city and channels without guaranteed reach or attendance. Logistics tools and support are a separate service whose scope, price, data handling and support level must be agreed in writing.
Breaches
TimeParche may suspend or remove a listing because of risk, false information, discrimination, rights infringement, non-payment or breach. Where possible, it preserves evidence and notifies the organizer.
