TIMEPARCHE POLICIES
Cancellations, refunds, withdrawal and payment reversal
What happens when a publication, event or payment changes or fails.
Operational version: 2026-10-25 · Legal review required before the first real charge.
Publishing fee
If TimeParche rejects a request before publishing or promotion, it refunds the fee. If the organizer cancels after work begins, TimeParche explains completed activities and refunds any unperformed portion where applicable, without limiting statutory rights.
Right of withdrawal
Where Colombian distance-contract rules apply, a consumer may communicate withdrawal within five (5) business days after entering the service contract. Applicable sums are returned without deductions within the statutory period, which may be up to thirty (30) calendar days.
Payment reversal
Electronic payment reversal may apply to fraud, an unauthorized transaction, a service not received or a service that differs from what was ordered, among statutory cases. The consumer must contact the provider and payment instrument issuer within the applicable period, generally five (5) business days after learning of the issue.
External events
When ticket payment does not pass through TimeParche, cancellations and refunds belong to the organizer and collection platform. TimeParche cannot refund funds it never received and may suspend a non-compliant organizer without limiting consumer rights.
When TimeParche manages collection, refunds are submitted through the Mercado Pago API only after manual super-administrator approval and are audited. Processor balance, time limits and mandatory consumer rights apply.
How to request
- Open the claims form and choose Consumer and payments.
- Include reference, date, amount and explanation, but never send full card numbers, codes or passwords.
- TimeParche provides a reference and may request necessary evidence through a secure channel.
