TIMEPARCHE POLICIES
Non-discrimination and community rules
Conditions for safe, respectful and accessible events.
Operational version: 2026-10-25 · Legal review required before the first real charge.
Commitment
TimeParche and organizers must treat everyone with dignity. Exclusion, harassment or degrading treatment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, religion, socioeconomic status, appearance, family status or another protected characteristic is not allowed.
Legitimate restrictions
A restriction must be objectively linked to safety, capacity, legal age, technical requirements or actual accessibility, disclosed before purchase and applied consistently. It cannot be a pretext for discrimination.
Event conduct
- No harassment, violence, threats, non-consensual contact or intimidation.
- Respect personal boundaries, names, pronouns and accessibility needs.
- Do not capture or publish a person’s image when consent is required and absent.
- Follow safety protocols and reasonable venue instructions.
Reports and action
Use the claims form and select Discrimination or safety. TimeParche may hide a listing, pause promotion, request evidence, remove participants from its own events or block future publishing. External organizers retain immediate responsibility for event safety and response.
